Dr. Laura Quiros will lead the discussion "Having Difficult Conversations: Inclusion & Unconscious Bias" at the #FollowFriday Conference on March 8, 2023.

Creating spaces that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive requires us to engage in sometimes difficult conversations. In that moment of worry leading up to the conversation, we forget the “difficulty” – that felt fear and/or apprehension – is only temporary. Once the conversation happens, there is an opportunity to open up any space to sincere inclusion, equity, and ultimately, belonging. This session will help move all of us from a place of fear and doubt to a place of liberation and joy.
